1. How do I contact your Customer Support Executive? What is the support model?

KESDEE offers free 24 x 7 Customer Support. You can send your queries to our Customer Support Team at support@kesdee.com. Queries will be responded within 24 hours.

2. Can I search for key terms/concepts?

Yes, you can by clicking the Search icon on the toolbar and using key terms/concepts as search words.

3. Where can I post the queries?

Users can correspond with other users, tutors, and training managers by using our Messaging Inbox/Compose facility. The feature has the option to store addresses.

4. Where can I find answers to the quiz?

Contact your Training manager/Coordinator to find the answers for the quiz. If you

do not have a Training Manager, you can email the quiz question to support@kesdee.com for the answer.

5. Whom should I contact for assistance?

You can contact the training manager for any queries related to course association, progress reports, and answers to quizzes by clicking on the messaging icon.

For assistance on any subject, you can contact content expert by clicking on the messaging icon.

Please note that answers and clarifications for all the posted queries will be addressed to the Training Manager's email id. If you do not have a Training Manager, your clarifications will be addressed to your email address, provided at the time of purchasing the product.

6. How do I assess my progress?

Click on the Progress icon on the toolbar to assess your progress at any point of time during the training.

7. I had to stop during the middle of the course. How can I get back to the place where I stopped?

On the Welcome Screen, click on the 'Proceed from my Last Session' link.

8. How do I navigate between sections?

Click on the arrows from the status bar to navigate between the pages. Also, at any point of time, you can view the course library by clicking on the icon.

9. Can I view all the page names in a unit?

You can view all the page names in a unit. Click on the Index icon on the status bar to view all the page names in a unit.

10. Where can I find the meaning of key term?

Click on the Glossary in the course library to view the meaning of key terms.

11. Where can I take notes?

Click on the Notepad icon on the toolbar to make and store notes.

12. How do I view the notes that I have stored?

Click on the Notepad icon on the tool bar. If you have already stored notes for the current page, your notes will be displayed. You can also update your notes here.

13. I have forgotten my password. How do I reset/lookup my password?

  • You can reset your password by clicking on the Change password link from the product list display screen, after you login into KESDEE's E-Learning application.
  • If you do not remember your password, contact your Training Manager/Coordinator for password lookup.
  • If you do not have a Training Manager, email to us at support@kesdee.com for password lookup.
14. Can I buy the content alone?

Our content can be licensed independently provided you have a SCORM Compliant Learning Management System.

15. Can I buy a single course? How do I buy it?
  • We suggest licensing a set of courses for a comprehensive view. However, single courses or mix and match between courses belonging to different products can also be licensed.
  • Please visit our shopping cart /buy online section, select the course/courses that you wish to purchase, then fill in the user details form and submit the same.

16. How do I find the price of a course?

The price of each of the course is mentioned in the shopping cart.

17. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit Card (Courses can be purchased using credit card from our Online Shopping Cart)
  • Cheque/ Demand Draft
  • Bank Transfer
18. Can I cancel one or more licenses after I place an order? If so, how?

We do not have a refund policy unless otherwise mentioned.

19. What sort of course formats/delivery types are available?

Courses are delivered in "e-learning" format that are online, self-paced courses with access to instructor via e-mail.

20. What do I need on my system to take a KESDEE e-tutorial?

The following resources are recommended for optimal performance of this Learning Management System software requirements:

Web Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0 or more, latest version recommended. Latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or Safari. Please note that the course content are supported and should function without major error in current, popular browsers. However, you may encounter slight formatting or functionality discrepancies during your learning experience as browsers following different rendering mechanisms and the content is not optimized for browser specific.

Operating System: Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7 (Recommended), Mac OS X 10.4.11 or higher

RAM: Minimum 256 MB of RAM, higher is recommended.

Screen Resolution: 1024 * 768 pixels or higher.

Software Requirement: MS Word, MS Excel or OpenOffice to open .doc and .xls files.

Browser Plugin: Adobe Flash Plugin ™ 10.x or more, latest version recommended.

Adobe Acrobat Reader ™, Latest version recommended. JRE 1.7, latest version recommended.

Internet Connection

Minimum 256 kbps Internet Connection, higher recommended.

21. Do I need to download and install any plugins to access the product?

Yes, you need to download (all plugins are freely available on the internet), install, and configure the following plugins for the KESDEE's E-Learning application.

1. Macromedia Flash Player Plugin
2. Java Applet Plugin

22. What are the system requirements for Internet /Intranet Version?

23. What are the databases supported by the product?

KESDEE's E-Learning application supports Oracle 8i or higher, MS SQL Server 2000 and MySQL 4.0 .20.

24. What are the web servers supported by the product?

Our application supports Macromedia JRUN 3.0 and above, IPlanet/Sun ONE WebServer, BEA Web Logic and IBM Web Sphere.

25. Can I print/download these courses?

KESDEE does not provide any printable notes/downloading feature along with its e-learning courses. Our courses are developed using the latest technology, which includes interactive graphics, animations, etc. to incorporate high degree of interactivity, due to which printing of the same is not possible.

26. Is there a bookmark feature for Diagnostic / Mock exams?

There is no bookmarking feature for Diagnostic / Mock exams. Diagnostic / Mock exams are simulations of real examination where the user has to complete the exam at one go.
